INGREDIENTS
- 6 apples
- 4 tbsp. melted butter
- 2 tbsp. cinnamon-sugar
- 1 tube refrigerated cinnamon rolls (5-6 rolls)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Cut off the top third of each apples and scoop out the insides. Place hollowed apples on the baking sheet. Brush the insides with butter than sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Place a cinnamon roll in the center of each apple. (You may need to trim the cinnamon rolls if they’re too large.) Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the cinnamon rolls are puffed and cooked through and the apples are tender.
- Drizzle with icing and serve warm.
